About a month ago now I made our first soup of the season. It was a lovely summery but spicy soup that was perfect for late August.
Now that we're into Fall it is officially soup season. Nothing is more comforting than a warm cup of creamy, flavorful soup and a chunk of crusty bread.
Getting your soups to be creamy without a big hassle requires one tool that I don't know I could live without. If you don't have one already, get yourself an immersion blender. There are plenty of options for all price ranges.
